At Carson, your home is our business. Inspired by the Japanese philosophy of Kaizen or continuous improvement, Carson is not your traditional domestic helper. Our professional staff attacks the many burdens of domestic life with the same ingenuity, vigor, and care that our clients bring to their own work. We are not simply satisfied with a job well done. Our ultimate aim is to lift the burdens of day-to-day domestic management from our clients, freeing them to focus on their work, their families, and their lives.

Onboarding

We connect for a 30 minute video call to understand your needs and preferences for your home. A Carson liaison will train our domestic staff and sketch out a preliminary household management plan.

Household Management Plan

After Onboarding, your Carson liaison will craft a household management plan detailing exactly how Carson will manage your domestic needs. Once this plan is drafted, it is submitted to you for approval or revision. Once the plan is approved, the first visit will be scheduled.

First Visit

Our first visit is a fact finding mission. We test out the household management plan, find what works, find what doesn't, and what can be improved. Where most domestic services fall short is allowing the first visit to set the high watermark for what their clients can expect from them. With Carson, the first visit is merely the start of a long partnership, a partnership where we intend to raise the bar with every interaction.

Continuous Improvement

Continuous improvement is what sets Carson apart. We take a proactive approach to collecting feedback and using it to improve our level of service.

After every visit, your Carson liaison and our domestic staff will huddle together to review what went right, what went wrong, and what needs to be improved on the next visit. Your Carson liaison will work with you regularly to improve our understanding of your needs and find new ways to make your life better.
